Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Counter Person. As a Counter Person, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support at our automotive dealership.

Duties:
- Greet customers and assist them with their inquiries and needs
- Provide product information and recommendations to customers
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain inventory control by monitoring stock levels and ordering supplies as needed
- Utilize computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) to track service requests and appointments
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless customer experiences
- Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner
- Maintain a clean and organized counter area

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in automotive service or parts sales is preferred
- Strong computer skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

- Must have valid driver's license

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
